Très beau logement, très propre, très bien situé et très calme. Beaucoup d'équipements, très fonctionnel. Petit bémol : des tâches sur les draps dès notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour votre séjour

I looked at different places and for the price, this was unbeatable! Clean and crisp vibes, everything you might need including coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing/drying machine for laundry, etc. Bed is comfortable but queen size. View was unimpressive but we aren’t there for that.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au mystral. L’hébergement est très propre et très bien placé (le quartier est super sympa) Le seul bémol est le stationnement dans le quartier Sinon tout le reste est très bien.

Overall a good place, great location. Could not get TV to work (no remote!) and AC unit was dripping water, and lock to enter building didn't work (it was unlocked), but otherwise the unit was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location. Parking a car was the only challenge. There is a parking lot 1 block away which is $15 for 24hrs. Only thing is you must purchase the parking from attendant that is onsite until 8pm. Otherwise it’s street parking.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were nicely kept and made our downtime really comfortable, and the size of the place was perfect for our needs—spacious enough to relax, but not overwhelming. What really stood out was the location: it’s in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to all kinds of local shops and restaurants, so there was always something nearby to enjoy. We recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated place to stay!

Stayed just one night, everything was clear and really worth it for the price I got it for. Never heard back from the WhatsApp number, but in the Hotels app they were responsive. The public door also seemed to work poorly.

The space is lovely decorated and super clean! The bed is very comfortable. We slept very well as we did not hear the noise of the city. It has almost everything you need for a long or short stay. I suggested to add a hair dryer to the owner. We loved our stay and will go again if we have to visit Montreal again. The place is very well located on Le Plateau. You can walk everywhere easily as it is so centred to the best site seeing spots in town. Just a little outside the busiest area to get real rest when you want. Make sure you arrange for everything before you arrive as the best way to reach the host seems to be via the Hotels messaging platform.

Price was reasonable, room was clean and staff was easy to communicate with. The location was also very accessible since it was on the main road of St Denis. Will book again in the future!

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the plateau neighbourhoods. We previously stayed in Old Montreal, and this was a much better location. The place was clean, but there are a few maintenance items that really should get dealt with (towel bars coming off the wall and a few gouges in drywall in living area). Was mostly quiet, but the room was right by a doorway used for a nearby business delivery. Every morning around 8am, we could hear the delivery guy dragging stuff down the stairs. Nothing much can be done about that, so if you're sensitive to such things, earplugs might be a good idea.

The accommodation was in a really great area! Close to a beautiful park, cute restaurants and shops, close to metro, and great atmosphere. Bike lane right outside. The room had mostly what we needed. Needed more towels - only two body towels provided. Almost no clothing storage - there was one small chest of drawers that had dirty socks and bundled up sheets (cleanliness unknown). Listing has potential but could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and expected amenities. Overall we had a great stay! Aside from the few drawbacks the location was phenomenal and made this visit all worthwhile.

I stayed in a studio unit for six nights. It was as described, comfortable and clean. A couple of comments though… I could have used a few more towels. There was no dish cloth, tea towel or coffee filters in the kitchen. And nowhere to hang clothes. The location was exceptional. And overall the experience was quite acceptable.

My family stayed at this hotel for four days in early June 2026. Although the hotel is located in an excellent area, the actual condition and quality of the property fell far short of the photos and descriptions provided by the owner. The room was much smaller than expected, and the overall cleanliness could be significantly improved. I would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with children. Given the price, there are certainly better accommodation options available in the area.

Clean and new room. Nicely done. Perfect location. Only thing is checkin is a bit uncoordinated. I had to phone somebody and add them with WhatsApp (email and Expedia were somehow async) which I fortunately have. But Imagine if another visitor comes without network (traveler landed without roaming open) and doesn’t use WhatsApp. They ask people to send ID via email which I was also reluctant but I did so because I think it’s might be necessary. And they said we would receive notice by email upon arrival. But we never receive anything until coming right in front of the door.

The location was great and was walking distance to anything that you would need in Plateau Mont-Royal. The space was nice and clean. The only downside was the sheets and pillowcases had some black (grease?) marks, and the towels were stained with what I think is makeup that wouldn't wash out. The communication with the host was poor. It was raining while I was there and so I had requested an umbrella, which they said they didn't have any. I thought it was a reasonable request as a guest. The listing also said that there would be a hair dryer and there wasn't one, so when I requested that, they said they would bring me one the next day and they never did.
