This hotel is brand new, in a very lovely and full of character old building, fully renovated. Front desk staff was superb. Friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds were super comfy. Located just a short walk from Piacenza Station, and perhaps a 15 minute walk to the city center. The Sushi restaurant right next door is delicious. Highly recommend.

Heel netjes en verzorgd… vriendelijk personeel. Enig gemis is een koffie maker op de kamer. Verder helemaal okay qua prijs en wat je ervoor krijgt.

Recently refurbished with very clean rooms, great mattress and new pillows. Fridge in room but no tea/coffee making facilities. Only 2 pillows for a king-size bed. WiFi not working 4 days out of 5... hotel had to keep resetting it which they did, when asked, but didn't monitor it so had to keep requesting a reset.

Struttura aperta recentemente e in via di collaudo, posta a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Purtroppo la zona potrebbe risultare poco sicura per la presenza di persone che ispirano poca sicurezza, specialmente nelle ore notturne. Piccolo problema riscontrato: nel dispenser del balsamo avevano messo la crema corpo..

No Aircon. Basically they turn it off because it’s saves them money. Room was 28c so I slept with windows open… then the noise from the traffic kept me awake. Thanks for a terrible sleep.

Albergo aperto di recente. Camera nuova e pulita. Ampio garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Unica nota negativa: avevo prenotato camera con letto matrimoniale ma mi è stata data camera con due letti singoli; ho chiesto il cambio ma la risposta è stata che erano al completo. Un peccato

Ottimo hotel! La struttura è nuova, moderna e molto curata. Le camere sono pulitissime e confortevoli. La colazione è abbondante e di buona qualità, con diverse opzioni per tutti i gusti. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio vicino all’ingresso. Il personale è gentile, efficiente e sempre disponibile. Consigliato per chi cerca comfort e praticità a Piacenza!

New hotel in Piacenza has excellent staff and clean/well appointed rooms. I few things that I noticed that have room for improvement. To enter the hotel requires a flight of stairs - which is cumbersome with luggage. I'm certain that a smoother entry could have been included in the major renovation that they completed to turn a civil building into a hotel. Also, the breakfast while welcome is poorly staffed. One person to check people in, clean up, stock food, and generally keep things in order. When I arrived multiple items were absent from the buffet and the poor girl running it seemed as if she was on the verge of tears. There needs to be another person to clear tables and deliver food. Lastly, and I guess I am an outlier here - but I find it dangerous to have the name of the hotel, the room number, and the code on a slip of paper. If the paper is misplace, or even just viewed by another person, they have full access to your room. I took a photo and destroyed the paper but it feels like a very peculiar way to keep guests safe. I would still recommend the property. It's easy to find, has free parking and the staff was lovely.

Everything was spot on! Fantastic hotel with private parking available, super professional check-in and the staff provided all the info clearly and with great courtesy. The room was spotless, cozy and warm. Delicious continental Breakfast. I’ll definitely be back.

Ottima struttura appena ristrutturata. B&B sempre una garanzia. Buona la colazione.....sarebbe da migliorare il caffè. Possibilità di posto autl coperto a 10euro. Parcheggio gratuito fino a esaurimento posti.
