Check in 8/29/2026 We had a wonderful stay at Cross Suits Hotel!The location is excellent- right next to Senso -Ji Temple and just a minute away from Asakusa station. The hotel staff were amazing and the amenities were excellent. The room and entire hotel were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Thank you to the entire Cross Suits Hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable.We truly appreciate your wonderful hospitality.

완벽한 숙소 가격대비 성능비 완전만족 특히, 방에 큰 냉장고와 전자렌지 있어서 가족들에게 너무 좋은 숙소 라운지에 얼음이 나오는 기계에 무료 커피머신 엔터테인먼트 공간도 너무 적절했음 매일 아침 커피마시고 얼음 띄운 말차라떼 뽑아먹는데 행복했음 비가 와서 옷이 다 졌었는데 코인빨래방에서 깨끗히 빨 수 있었고 방안에 공기청정기에 제습기능 있어서 방안이 눅눅하지 않고 늘 뽀송하게 지낼 수 있었음. 뭐하나 부족한게 없는 숙소라 정말 강추에 강추

Although we enjoyed our stay at Cross Suites, I can say we wished they had breakfast service for the price we paid. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and very clean.

Great hotel! They have very nice staff, really clean environment, and amazing entertainment. In the hangout they have free coffee or matcha and a variety of vending machines available;as well as games for you or your kids to play. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an affordable, nice, clean hotel in Asakusa. Next to the Senso-ji Temple

Awesome stay! Right near Asakusa station so easy access to train. Also very close to Sensoji temple so the area immediately around the hotel is very picturesque. Super clean & comfy. It was spacious compared to some of the smaller rooms I saw closer into Tokyo central… but still somewhat of a tight squeeze with 3 of us in the room. For the price, we made it work!

Wonderful day with the family. Plenty of room. Efficient check and check out. Super helpful staff. Origami was a bonus! The hangout room downstairs as well as access the drinks and vending machines was really helpful. The washer dryer was great and easy to use with Google translate. As well located literally next to Senso Ji and a five minute walk to Asakusa station - this is on the Ginza line and good access to all the major sites in Tokyo. We were on the 10th floor goldfish suite which had a lovely view of the tower - again another bonus! It was also very easy to find coming from Haneda using the subway. The surrounding area also has lots of nicely eateries and we felt very safe at all times. It’s 10 minute walk to Kapabashi Street - well worth the walk. Overall great and we really enjoyed our stay

It felt like coming home! This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in during our trip to Japan as a family of five. The staff are unbelievably welcoming and kind as well as thoughtful, including everyone from the front desk to the team who changed the towels and bins. They looked after us were genuine and sincere help and humility. This makes a huge difference when staying as a family but made it very easy for me to rebook the hotel at the end of our trip. The day we left a festival took up the road in front of the hotel this meant a taxi which was kindly booked by the hotel could not travel onto the road. It was never a problem for the staff who immediately offered to trolley our luggage down the road to a new meeting point and wait with us. We didn’t ask for help but they offered it. The Hotel is as described and I feel better than the pictures however the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. This is how all hotels in all country should be and we were very happily return hopefully very soon!
