Found roach crawling in bathroom on arrival. Killed it. Bedding was stained and had burns in it. Left hotel immediately and found another hotel. Would like a refund.

The room was not clean whatsoever. There was a ton of mold in the bathroom, the room was painted poorly, there was dried paint splatter all over the floors and bedding, the hot tub was dirty. Pretty disappointed that the property does not carry itself well or maintains its room properly

My neighbor had a forest of weeds, apparently they were her house plants. Children running around screaming and carrying on late hours of the night. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but the comforter and sheets had burn holes. The overall smell of the room was off-putting

Quickly in and out of here. Lasted all but 2 minutes. Walked into the room and immediately noticed red stains on the bed sheets and pillows. Strong smoke smell in the room as well.

Once I checked in and went to the room, the room was dirty, stinks and roaches were all over the bathroom floor and bed. We left and never returned. I would like my money back because this should not be a property being advertised for people to stay.

If you like dirty room, snot on toilet, drug use, domestic violance, middle of the night arguing, dirty and smoky rooms, this place is to go. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND TO STAY.

"I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy and disgusting, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Very disappointing stay." Requested a non smoking room and the cigarette smell was just impossible to support. Do not recommend this stay.

The front desk staff was excellent! The decor was updated but it was not properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. For the price paid I was overall satisfied.

The shower temp is the best part... Nice and hot. Shower dirty make sure to wear flipflops. Peeling paint on walls. The outside is clean.. But fooled once u enter your room. All in all is conveniently inexpensive.

My issues were not with the hotel but rather with HOTELS.COM: When I made my reservation, the initial date thatw came up was June 15. Since I needed a reservation for June 14, I changed the date on hotels.com to June 14. I proceeded to make the reservation and after checking to see that everything was ok, i submitted the request. Then when I got the "confirmation" somewhere at HOTELS.COM the reservation was changed to June 28. I tried to cancel the reservation and I got a message stating that I there were no refunds. That is true, but Hotels.com did not make the reservation that I requested. I wrote to the CEO of Hotels.com about a refund since you messed up and I have been ignored. I should not have to pay for a reservation I didn't make. I wanted June 14, not June 28 and HOTELS.COM screwed it up.
