If you're travelling on a budget, and just need a room that has a reasonable bed and private bathroom, this hotel is good value for money.
Like most budget hotels in India, Western customers will find that the cleanliness is not quite what you're used to, and typically, room servicing is unpredictable. I had to ask for additional water, and the one time someone did come in they didn't actually clean it in any way - just gave a fresh towel and a toilet roll.
Pretty much anyone who does anything expects a tip, so do keep smaller notes, like 200IRN handy. Also, when you get cash, you'll typically get 500s and taxi driverrs will always claim they have no change, so again, the small notes are handy.
The breakfast buffet was very modest. Two modest hot offerings, one type of questionable fruit and toast, instant coffee or tea. That's it.
Having said all that, I suspected that this would be what I got for this price, the location was handy for my needs, and I was generally satisfied. I'd probably try a different one, next time.
