Hotel velho, como quase todos em Roma. A manutenção e conservação é muito precária. Não tem elevador. Pior hotel que já fiquei. Única vantagem é ser bem localizado.

Perfect location for the city. Short walk from the train station to the property. Reasonably priced for the location. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom came with toiletries for the stay.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Rome Termini station Good reasonably priced restaurants nearby Room ok but bathroom in need of updating The shower was very compact A fridge and kettle was provided in the room though there were no bedside tables The staff were very friendly and helpful

The only good thing about this hotel are the friendly staff or else everything else I’m sorry to say was horrible. First of all there is no elevator, and it’s only one floor of rooms but there are quite a bit of steps to get there. The room itself feels like a dungeon. It’s dark and dingy and so so outdated. The shower head has lots of rust I refused to use it, which when in Rome, you need a shower daily. My bed was broken so the entire night I slept on a slant, and well barely got any sleep. The location is super convenient, but I would never stay here again.

Advertisement: Average expectations - Room description in Hotel.com was accurate, based on the pictures shown Location: Above expectations - Conveniently close and walkable, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Safe area, Cleanliness: Average expectations - Some areas could have been better maintained. Room Comfort: Average expectations - Was reasonably comfortable, it did meet our expectations overall. Staff & Service: Average expectations – They were polite, friendly and helpful Amenities: Average expectations - Basic and did not offer much compared with the price. Value: Average expectations - We feel the hotel provided fare value for the money we paid. Breakfast: We left early, we didn't have a chance to experience breakfast, we believe it was not offered and or included as part of the price paid. Atmosphere: Average expectations - Was somewhat ordinary with the welcoming feeling we expected. Overall: Average expectations - we were satisfied with our stay and would probably choose to stay here again. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we might recommend this hotel

It was close to the train station was the best feature, but it lacked in providing food options inside hotel. My bed linens weren’t change daily. The WiFi signal was weak at times. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

In an ideal location right next to st Mary basilica, loads of shops, restaurants and bars only 30-40m walk from the likes of the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and also near transport links if you don't fancy walking it. The only issue I had with the room, which tbf wasn't too much of an issue as I wasn't in the room that much but the outside windows [the windows were double with an inner and outer window] were cracked and the toilet seat slipped but these are minor things and not to put anybody off staying here.

Though alll was terrible, the price was $269 per night. Avoid Termini Syation area and book other fancy hotel with lower rate. Use train, bus, tram and public trasnportation. It would be much effective and happier.

🇲🇽 Hotel muy modesto, pero con un personal sumamente amable y profesional. Ofrecen un excelente servicio al cliente y una gran calidad en el trato. Hotel en rénovation. Salle de bain limite. En fonction du personnel à la réception accueil aimable ou complément indifférent. Chambre, le ménage pas fait pour 2 nuits juste changement de serviettes. Le point fort la position de l'hôtel : à 2 pas de la gare roma termini et à 2pas de tout. Excellente position.

This hotel is a reasonable option for cost-conscious accommodations, conveniently located a short walk from Rome Termini station, and close to the spectacular Basilica of Saint Maria Maggiore. But it's a fairly shabby place and feels pretty run-down; there was a sizable hole in my room's wall-board and furniture fixtures that felt like they were falling apart. Everything worked overall and the stay was functional, but it felt overpriced in relation to the quality of the product.
