Terrible experience. Hotel was obviously closed when we arrived to check in. Thank you to Hotels.com for helping to get my money back. Regardless, do not book here—if you do, prepare to get ripped off.

Booked this hotel. Nobody was there to check anyone in. People were left stranded trying to find a place to stay.

My experience was very bad. Rebooked the room online 2 days before, by the time we gat there. We realized their place was closed and under renovations, and they still charged us. They were not replying my email. Nor did they answer the phone Or tax. terrible place to deal with i'm still waiting for my refund but haven't heard from them because they don't reply to anything every time it's just an answer machine that's my experience.
