The room was quaint and comfortable. The large bathroom was appreciated. The reservation, arrival, and checkout absolutely seamless. We were traveling through from South Dakota to Ohio, it was the perfect middle point to stop. The town is absolutely pristine and looked delightful. We hope to return and stay a few days just to visit your lovely town and shop the shops. What a gem you have. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your fine establishment

This hotel has been updated and is very nice. I was impressed with how clean it was. We had everything that we needed and at a great price! They don't have a staff on site or have breakfast, but we chose to eat at the bar that is close and had great food, or there is a bakery close that is wonderful.

Ac worked well room temperature was very comfortable, location was good, parking was convenient, the only negative was that the room listing left out the size of the bed, I would not have rented the room for a double bed we prefer queen size at least.

First time at this property. Rate was great, ample parking, room was very clean. Mini-frig and microwave very useful, given that area restaurants were closed early on Sunday night. Interesting concept with no manned front desk but remote access via a tablet in the lobby to connect with support personnel. Tailored to guests with a smart phone, check-in and key issuance is also possible for those without one. Everything about this process worked exceptionally well. Would definitely stay here again!

Maids did not vaccumm my room, they did not put fresh towels out but once , only made my bed once and didn’t take out the garbage but came in my room every day I was there

Booked through Hotels.com, they send a text for check in and since i booked 3rd party, i did not get the text. They have a phone number in the lobby to call and person was very courteous and helped me get my key.

The most frustrating part was checking in. It was a 'no person' type check in. It was not clear how to get access to your room key. The main TV screen says "Tap to get started". Well, tapped the screen and nothing happened. Didn't know there was a second screen hidden around the corner! Had to call 1-800 to get help. He talked about 'doors'. Yes there was the entrance door, private cupboard doors and private door. However, around the corner there were key cubicle doors that looked like some sort of wall hangings. Never experienced this set-up before and was very confusing for first timer experiencing this type of check in. Would be helpful that there would be a better way to instruct people what to do and how system worked.

What a nice spot. The check in was completely automated - but very simple and much more pleasant than a couple previous places we encountered. This one was simple - you get a message with a code and you type that code on a screen and a little box opens with your key. It’s just like using an Amazon locker or similar. It was super quiet. Very clean. Comfortable, and really in a nice spot walkable to the whole village. The room was well appointed, the AC worked well, and the only staff I interacted with was cleaning staff the next day. They were super friendly. It was a good price, and parking was easy.

Impressed that the refrigerator has a freezer section with its own door. And the shower head is really good. But the drain in the tub is slow, so you might be taking a bath after all. And if the door closes on its own, it doesn’t latch. You have to pull it shut to lock the room.

Very pleasant setup close to the village center. Some updates/revisions to the facility are underway to improve the convenience and esthetics. Already unique decorating was a real step up from the run-of-the-mill stuff in larger chain hotels.
