Our room was spotless, parking is included in the parking garage below the building. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again! Pool/hot tub were nice and every common area was well kept. Beautiful city views and close to everything!

The Property was under renovations but the project was well managed and did not detract from the visitor experience. The property is located a very short walking distance from the Museum district as well as some very nice dining locations. The room had a fully appointed kitchen and washer and dryer - how cool was that. If your planning a museums outting, this is the place to stay!!!! You can literally save yourself a good amount of time and money on parking by simply wallking. We will definitely be staying here for future visits.

Great stay at Sentral Forme Houston. Clean, modern, and spacious with everything we needed. Amenities and views are top notch, and the location is convenient. Tiffany was very helpful and made the experience seamless. She really elevated our stay. We’ll be back!

With Street construction and no parking around the building finding the place and parking for check-in was miserable. This is actually a fairly modern apartment building that is renting out some of its units. I was surprised that the walls between the apartments was as thin as some of the cheapest motels I've stayed at. The noise from the neighbors at times was unbearable.

It was so clean and new I felt the first person to stay in the room. The location was great. Parking was easy. Only suggestion would be to have some sundries available for purchase in the lobby. I will look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Houston.

The check in was awesome. We got there a little early and were able to find the front easily due to the addition info provided. It made finding everything super simple. We were greeted by David and Tiffany. They were so sweet and helpful. Tiffany definitely went above and beyond helping us and showing us around and how everything worked. She definitely loves what she does and that was our first impression of the whole place. We got up to the room and it was clean and had everything we’d need for our stay. The view was amazing. The pool was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back and booked again for our next staycation. Highly recommend.

The check in process was not so great. We arrived at about 3:30 pm. There is no signage instructing you were to park. I waiting in the car on the street while my wife went to check in. There was no one at the front desk for a long time before she found someone in an office and asked where to park. We parked and went and checked in - all went pretty smoothly once we found someone to check us in. The place is very nice. However, when we got to the room , we noticed that the tv remote would work. We called and a hostess came up and after a while got it working. It worked just long enough to get logged into our Prime Video and U-tube TV accounts, then it quit working. The next morning when I went to take a shower just before check out time, there was no soap in the dispenser. We couldn't get the remote to work again so that we could sign out of our accounts for Prime Video and U-tube TV. Another hosts came up and brought a second remote but couldn't get either to work. We waited around for about 30 minutes but apparently the TV was working (not the remotes). We finally checked out and left. It seems like this new place doesn't have all of its procedures down. The elevators are quite different. We couldn't figure out how to get into the locked gate of the pool (keypad, so your room card didn't work). It would be nice to have instructions written down and left in the room about how the elevator works, how to get into the pool area, etc.

This was a strange place. Unlike the way it was advertised, it is primarily an apartment building, not a hotel. Staffing was sparse and there was no place in the building to get something to eat or buy necessities. We were given a fully stocked studio apartment even though we booked a room. Maid service was only available during our 4 day stay for an additional $150 fee.

The hotel was clean, but it was not explained that this was more of an actual living quarters than a hotel. There was no main service there was no one to bring you fresh towels or washcloths or even to take out your trash or come in to make your bed even at your request. I even threw my sheets outside my door on the third out of four nights and they took them but never brought clean ones back. I even went downstairs and requested new bedsheets I was told they would be up right away, and I stayed another night without sheets on my bed sleeping on top of the comforter.
