O hotel é maravilhoso e tem serviço excelente, desde o momento da recepção e acompanhamento do hóspede nos dias de hospedagem. A localização é ótima, ao lado do marco das três fonteiras. Recomendo a hospedagem.

This is truly a luxury stay. Each room is unique, and the grounds feel like you’re walking through the forest. They have a superb restaurant for fine dining, and a selection of wines from the region. The staff greeted me out at the taxi, and walked us into the door, and offered us seats while they checked us in. The place is eco-friendly. The room lighting is controlled by Alexa, or the old-fashioned way. The staff was very attentive.

Excelente estadia para casal. No meio das árvores/ natureza, equipe muito solicita. Em uma das noites, sofri só com o barulho da rua (de madrugada os carros passavam com música alta, não sei se foi alguma comemoração ou feriado). Mas na outra noite estadia foi tranquila, e neste quarto o grande “plus” é o ofurô. Recomendo!

We were blown away with the Treehouse and wanted to try the Birdhouse. We booked both and went back and forth. It was such a unique property and experience. The meals were fantastic and gourmet. It rained during our visit for the Falls but this property made the trip worth the effort. Edwina from Washington, DC.

Tudo nesse hotel é incrível… quarto ambiente café da manhã absolutamente TUDO. Mas a gentileza e carinho da equipe de staff tem que ser destacada. Todos os funcionários fazem de tudo para ajudar em tudo oque precisamos para a experiência ser sublime. Emmanoel nos salvou após meu marido perder o RG no Paraguay e ter que ficar parado na aduaneira… ele agilizou tudo para nos levar o passaporte dele… Nicolas nos deu uma aula maravilhosa sobre vinhos… O quarto é perfeito a cama é maravilhosa o banheiro… tudo perfeito !!!

If I could give six stars, I would. The entire property is gorgeous - built to fit in with nature. The rooms are well designed, private, and very comfortable. There is a beautiful and well maintained pool, a sauna, and facilities for future spa services. The restaurant is phenomenal - designed like a nest with a high ceiling, a fountain and beautiful artwork inspired by nature. During our stay, we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner on different days - everything was very special and delicious, some of the best food during our stay in Puerto Iguazu. Most compelling of all was the service. The staff, led by Liliana the manager, were always available, helpful, and accommodating. In short, think of a well-designed, eco-friendly property with chef-prepared meals and service you'd expect at the Ritz Carlton. This was one of our favorite stays in all of Latin America and would highly recommend. In fact, we are already talking about coming back with some friends next year.

Hotel fantástico e novíssimo. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, proporcionando um atendimento realmente exclusivo. O quarto (casa na árvore) é enorme, lindo e tecnológico, com spa privativo que eleva a experiência a outro nível. O banheiro é moderno e completo, com roupões, banheira e um chuveiro excelente. Tudo impecavelmente limpo. A gastronomia é excelente, com destaque para a adega e a cascata — um espaço encantador, aconchegante e com atendimento de primeira. A localização é privilegiada, ao lado do Marco das Três Fronteiras. O grande diferencial do hotel está na sua arquitetura e arte integrada em meio à NATUREZA, criando uma experiência única, que desperta contemplação e um profundo sentimento de Gratidão. Recomendo a todos!

Very unique experience. Cabins and "birdhouses" spread between the trees with access on elevated boardwalks. Clean, quiet (except chirping birds), View of 3 countries from our room. Helpful staff. And a restaurant as unique as our room, with fresh food and excellent service. My wife appreciated the Spa service. I highly recommend this facility.
