There is on going construction on the property, the reception area is not finished and the mineral water jacuzzi had temperature issues not hot and then too hot. The rooms are comfortable as are the beds and the place is clean.

There was cigarette burns in the bedspread. I seen a bug in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper. The door didn’t lock. The fire detector was on the floor. We stayed 10 minutes and left. The guy said he will not refund us and he can’t call the owner. Super disappointed had to drive home 3 hours away

Thank you Melinda and David for these oasis style getaway. We had a wonderful 20th anniversary stay. It was so clean and homey. The pools were so clean. The room was immaculate. We realize you guys are still under construction but thank you again for making our stay with you very memorable.

Free parking and the pools were great! Unfortunately the owner was in the hospital, we didn’t see much of the staff, and there was construction from a pipe burst so the private pool room originally booked was not available. The owner stated they would reach out to have us come back for a comped night when renovations are completed.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pools were amazing and beautiful. The parking is easy to use. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. Highly recommend during festivals

Our stay was good. This location has only been up and running since the 1st of April. Malinda and David the onsite managers were very friendly at check in and check out. And have some great ideas to make the guest experience even better. We will be going back soon. If you are looking for a small quiet place this is the place.

It appeared that updates were underway in the lobby area, but the staff was very attentive & thorough. The room was very comfortable & had all we needed. The “private pool” was not what we expected, but we didn’t get in any of the pools since we were traveling through & didn’t want wet suits in our luggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & for the price, it was great!

The property is currently being renovated and the rooms are turning out great. The varying temps of the pool were perfect for the fluctuating temperatures in the desert. Comfortable beds. Private mineral pool en suite was amazing. Will be back. Staff was extremely friendly, hardworking, and accommodating.

David and Malinda were absolutely the best part of our stay, they were so helpful accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. This property is currently being renovated so we were unable to use our private spa but the guest spa was nice and hot. The bed was very comfortable and brand new. It will definitely be very nice when it’s complete.

The property is still under improvement. They appeared to be understaffed and didn't have our room ready when we checked in around 7pm, when check in was at 3pm. The private pool area wasn't clean and didn't look anything like the pictures. However, the community hot tub and the pool were nice amenities. Staff, David and Melinda, were great and very welcoming.

Llegamos a las 3 p.m. para el check-in, pero la habitación no estaba lista. La manager se portó muy amable y nos pidió disculpas, y nos dio otra habitación, pero no tenía microondas ni refrigerador, como en el anuncio y al reservar. Las habitaciones no son iguales a las fotos, un poco parecidas. Nos dijo la manager que tenían poco tiempo que re abrieron desde el 2020 el hotel, por eso le faltaba muchas cosas.Lo que si me gustó fue el jacuzzi de interior, y el jacuzzi de exterior también está grande . Lo que no me gustó fue el que no teníamos un refrigerador para meter agua fría o calentar comida .teníamos que salir a comprar afuera.

Our stay was horrible! Location was bad very sketchy. When we walked in there was no one at front counter lights were off with a hand written note with managers number saying to call. We were told our room was not available and we were upgraded to a different room that only entry was through a sliding door that could very easily broken into. Bedding had stains, no toilet paper, old furniture. There was a stick in window in bathroom that also can be very easily broken into. We were supposed to have a room with private pool but owner said a pipe broke and they were renovating from the reviews on other platforms this is the same story they have been telling customers. Although owner tried to make us feel comfortable it just was not worth the money but most importantly our safety we fled as soon as we could. This place is very misleading and used AI pictures to fool customers. Left me very disappointed and alarmed from using this and other platforms again! We left so quick we didn’t get pictures just look them up and see for yourself our situation was the same as others!!!!
