It is an older hotel but the owners have really kept the rooms very nice. You really cant tell by the outside that the rooms are so nice. It was very quiet. We never heard any of the people on either side of us. The bed was very very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The gentleman in the front office, Pete was very nice, welcoming and helpful check in and throughout my stay. This is the perfect place for a solo guy traveler exploring the parks, ATV trails, lakes, streams, rivers, and all that nature has the offer in this great homebase right next to the Talimena scenic byway.

I was passing by and stop at the first motel was asking 130 a night was way expensive so stop by here and for the price i took a chance and glad i did it was prefect for me to stay for the price they charged, had best sleep and room was clean. i would definitely be staying here.

My husband and I was skeptical at first until the manager showed us our room and it was quite nice.Everything had been updated and redone.It was very clean, very comfortable.We enjoyed our stay very much.We would highly recommend to friends and family and we will come and stay the next time we travel.

We decided last minute to go to Mena. This was the best place I could find. We were skeptical at first. The rooms are alot nicer than the outside. The rooms are clean. Beds were comfortable. We will definately stay again.

From the outside it's poor, but the room was decent, 90% clean bed was comfy you can tell they have done a lot of renovations to the rooms recently. Overall I'd book it again I was comfortable it was worth the price

NO BUGS, NO NOISE AND SLEPT LIKE BABE THE MATTRESS WAS SO EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TO THOSE WHO NEED DON'T MIND OLDER PROPERTY AS FROM OUTSIDE IT LOOKS RUNDOWN BUT ROOMS ARE GOOD.

The front desk guy was super nice but the room was not. We ended up getting other accommodations. Front desk guy said they were renovating the property…. I guess if you need a place in a pinch it would work.

No bedbugs noted, but dozens of roaches behind mini-fridge. The shower poorly plumbed. The parking lot is most a minefield of pot holes. Floor was laminate and relatively clean. Manager was kind, permitted me to park our 24' long RV under a security light. Spend $20 more and go elsewhere.

The room was clean and was quiet. Had people on both sides of me and didn't hear anything. Bed was comfortable to sleep on. The light outside was bright, wish the curtains were a little more darker. Ac worked but was loud. Overall, better than expected since it looked worse on the outside.

Shower had a puddle of water that didn't look clean and was in need of repair. Floors were dirty. Only had one washcloth and one hand towel for two guests. No tissues and limited toilet paper. Except for a pillowcase with stains the bed linens were clean and the beds very comfortable. Nice TV. Check-in staff was kind and friendly.

The staff was so so welcoming and accommodating. We forgot a few things and they were so sweet. Very flexible on helping us when I scheduled the wrong date. The beds were extremely comfortable.well my daughter said hers wasn’t as much so maybe a little inconsistent. The pillow top on our bed was amazing. Very peaceful and local to everything. Everything worked. We have no complaints. We would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to go stay in Hot Springs. II only wish the price was a little better for a motel but still worth paying full price for if have to and no discounts or coupons. There is no breakfast and no pool. The room was extremely spacious.

Other than the bed was comfortable and it had a nice showerhead that was about all that was positive. The TV didn't work. The light above the vanity didn't work. And the key to room routinely did not work. We had to get 3 sets of cards. The shower curtain was too short, so there was water all over the floor. The parking lot also was full of holes. They said they were renovating, but they have a long way to go.
