This property was very nice to stay, and we extended our stay to enjoy the area and location more. Was clean, and had pool and breakfast. Breakfast was using location of old restaurant. Pool was outside and pretty clean.

Great place, pool is great especially at night. Good breakfast every morning. Rooms are very nice, even had a dishwasher.

The hotel was very good especially for the price. There were just a couple negative aspects. The hot tub was not hot at all. We were in a room with a kitchenette and it was not stocked with enough supplies. Besides that, the beds were comfortable;the room was clean;the shower was warm with good water pressure.

I felt the pillows were not clean and smelled weird. The room was a bit tight, and the carpet looked rather worn and unclean. On the bright side, the staff, although a bit devoid of personality and enthusiasm, seemed helpful. Breakfast was good. Room numbering and direction is a bit confusing when you start from the foyer.

Super inconvenient no checking in early even when they try to up sell you. Seems like the staff didn't want to be there let alone help customers. When we were told we could not check in early even though we opted in the day before we were told nope and Jonathan proceeded to ask us if we wanted our room cancelled?? Weird!! Then the AC did not work in the room, after arriving to the room my 3 year old son found a vape a tobacco chew stuff under the bed. There was hair left in the shower and left over food in the fridge. Pool did not open til after 5.

We got checked into our room and as soon as we got checked in we realized that the TV and the room did not work there was disgusting stains all over the couch I don't even know what they were but they looked like snot or mucus all over the couch I went down to the front desk and asked them about the stains on the couch and if they could fix the TV and they told me that there's nothing they could do that maintenance wouldn't come in till the next morning by 5:00 the next day their solution was to move us to a room that only had one bed which with our family size we needed two beds but pretty much told us we had to suck it up without a TV and the couch there was nothing they could do about it

I really like this hotel and have stayed here several times as I've done contract work in the area. It is very clean and updated. Unlike several hotels in the area, they do NOT charge for parking--big plus! The front desk gentleman is welcoming and kind. I like that housekeeping does not knock on the door every day or two to service the room. My only three concerns have been, #1 the room phones do not work, #2 not all the outlets adapted into the bedside tables work (loose connections) and #3 it is difficult to get requests filled (e.g. extra linen and coffee pods). Therefore, you have to look up the number and call on your cell phone. And, if you don't stay in your room for several hours (I understand they're not going to come immediately), you may not receive your requested items. I wish that housekeeping would've opened the door while I was gone and left the linens in the bathroom (if they even did stop by). Overall, I am comfortable with my stays here and will continue to book in the future as the price is very good.

I was scheduled to stay a week and asked for privacy (no cleaning) the first 3 days. The 4th and 5th day I Requested cleaning- nothing. I called front desk and was told I signed a contract stating 1 full and 1 partial cleaning a week. Still no service. I called corporate and let them know about lack of cleaning service on request. The carpet in hallway and room was dingy and ripples in the hallway carpet. The shower floor also dingy looking with slow drain. The makeup mirror was loose on the wall and the telephone didn’t work. Technician came to replace after 2nd call to front desk and asked if I really needed the phone. When he tried to hook it up the line wasn’t working. He offered to move me to a room with a phone - I declined. I was so frustrated and disappointed I decided to check out 2 days early and asked to be refunded for those 2 days. The reservation was non refundable and I ended up paying for two nights I didn’t use. Most of the staff was professional and helpful and when I finally got cleaning service, Manuela was great. When I called corporate they offered credits for a future stay but I declined. I won’t be staying at a Best Western anything, ever.

Such a great hotel for a low price! The rooms were clean and spacious. We were able to do laundry and the store is open 24 hour! The breakfast is the standard foods and pretty good. The pool was beautiful and clean! The only complaint I have is because the location is so big, the walk to the room felt so far

Check in went fine. However, I was not given the type of room that I reserved. It was supposed to be a king size bed with kitchenette. Instead I was given a full size bed with a kitchenette. I notified the front desk and was told that I was indeed given the wrong type room but that they no correct rooms and that I would have to cantact a manager in the morning. I di that and the manager told me that I couldn't get a reduced rate because I had booked thru a third party. She told me that she thought she could get me points thru Best Western as I am a member of there program. She told me that she would notify me of the points. I never heard from her. So apparently this hotel and by association, Hotel.com, feel it is okay to screw the customer and the customer should just take it.
