Lovely warm welcome at reception Andreas was very helpful and a credit to your team. Our room was comfortable although was an adapted room and my husband and I have no special needs. We did not ask to be moved as was only staying 1 night and had arrived late before leaving for a family wedding but would have probably asked for another room at check in if we had been informed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice overall a lovely stay

The check in lady, Federica was extremely helpful and friendly, our room was perfect and the biggest change was the breakfast. This time it far exceeded our expectations. Room was nice bathroom was lovely but shower hard to get temperature.Shower door is dangerous it’s meant to look nice but not good when it curves into the shower cubicle. First impression of hotel when entering is a social circle 3 staff but not one smile or hello felt rushed just so they could go back to talking . Was told there’s your key steps there was going to ask is there not a lift but they had carried on talking . Carpet in reception looks filthy . Staff at breakfast same no morning or smiles just chatting away . Good points the beds were lovely & the bathroom sliding door .Aircon was perfect . Lady who checked us out was nice but that was it I guess she was nice to get a good review .
