I have stayed at this hotel several times, and overall, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. All members of staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, responding promptly to guests' requests. This applies to everyone, from the valet parking attendants and reception staff to the waiters and housekeeping team. In some areas, you can tell that the hotel is getting a little older, but this does not detract from the overall experience. I always enjoy staying here and will definitely be back!

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Hammam who was so kind and thoughtful and ensured I had everything I needed during my stay. My room was magnificent and incredibly clean and comfortable, with stunning views over Al Corniche. I will definitely stay here again, next time I visit Doha.
