I received an upgrade thank you Hotel Madeleine and also thank you Expedia! The view from the ‘Juliet’ balcony from my superior room was overlooking Parisian boutiques and offices. It was less than 10 mins away from Galerie Lafayette and 3 mins away from Chapelle Expiatoire.

We have stayed at this property for many years and recommended it to many family and friends as the best place to stay. Our last visit was impacted significantly by unrest in Paris, the lack of flexibility , empathy communication from the venue means we will never return.

I loved our stay! The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of The Louvre and Place De La Concorde. It's also near so many lovely restaurants, you are spoilt for choice on where to eat. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, we loved our room and the bed was SO comfortable. I'd rate the shower too! The spa was perfect for a city break, we used the sauna and pool one evening and it was quiet with only 2 other people around.

A Wonderful Stay
Hotel Royal Madeleine was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by Alviro who gave us the great news that our room had been upgraded free of charge. The room was spacious with everything we could need and absolutely spotless. All the staff we spoke to were very courteous and friendly and more than happy to help. The Metro system was not working but that was fine as the hotel is perfectly situated for walking to the Tuileries, Louvre and shopping. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice and represents excellent value. The spa area is great and was practically empty when we used it. So nice to enjoy the pool and stretch a little after a long journey and lots of walking. I would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel at a Great Location
The Hotel Royal Madeleine was a great "home base" for exploring Paris. The facility is bright, clean, well-appointed, and located convenient to major sites. I would highly recommend it!
