My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, was a nightmare. For six days, the washroom in my room was constantly clogged, unusable forcing me to take my kids to an adjacent building to use the facilities. Daily calls to maintenance, with plumbers visiting three times a day, did not resolve the issue, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our trip.
The check-in process was equally terrible. I was met with an unwelcoming attitude and initially given the wrong room, only corrected after I posted a Google review. Despite arriving a day late due to flight interruptions, the hotel refused to adjust my dates, and the receptionist struggled to find a room, finally assigning me a room with only one bed, contrary to my booking. I made a huge mistake booking this hotel. We booked 5 rooms in this hotel for our annual family vacation. Once they have your money they dont care.
I paid $250/room per night, totaling almost $1600/room for six nights , for a substandard experience. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. There are many better options available, as this hotel lacks basic customer service and is not worth the high cost. They dont offer fair compensation for the inconvenience cause by their negligence and poor upper management.
