I stayed in this hotel from July 14-16, 2025. Everything was perfect, especially considering the price range in travel high season in London! The hotel is clean, and the room was a comfortable size—not too small. The train station is very close by. Tower Bridge, Borough Market, and the river cruise are all within a pleasant less than 30 minute walking distance, with plenty of historical buildings to admire along the way.
The staff may not appear overly enthusiastic at first glance (which seems typically British), but they are genuinely helpful. When the handle of my suitcase lost a screw, I asked Maria at the front desk (my apologies if I've remembered your name incorrectly) for directions to a nearby repair shop. Instead, she proactively provided me with screws and a screwdriver and fixed it herself, saving me both hassle and money. Additionally, she politely declined the tip I offered. I was truly impressed by her kindness and professionalism.
It was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this Premier Inn again on my next visit to London.
