I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this hotel. Do not let the basic exterior fool you, once you are inside you will see that it is very clean and the rooms have been updated. Very nice and comfortable. I will stay here again when in Sudbury.

This property derives a lot of its business due to the hospital next door that specializes in heart, cancer and children's services. As a result there are a lot of older guests and people going through a stressful time. The staff never fail to treat all guests with compassion, a friendly smile nd a helpful attitude.
