First of all- let me say that Laura is Awesome! We visited the Sofitel on December 7, 2018 for my wife’s Birthday and Laura and her staff totally hooked us up with the most amazing upgrade I have ever experienced (and I travel a lot so that is a big statement!) We checked in and they upgraded us from a normal King bed room in the Sebel to this huge two bedroom executive suite!
We had our two young kids with us so I had planned for them just to sleep on the floor- but they totally had their own bed!
When we arrived in the room Christophe, the General Manager, had written us a hand written birthday card and left an entire box of very expensive Swiss chocolates and wine for my wife! We felt like kings and queens because of their service! This is the love of God expressed towards us through these sweet, caring staff! They went the extra mile and made everything so personal, so wonderful, so over the top amazing! They also upgraded us to the Club lounge on the 16th floor of the Sofitel and they served us this amazing dinner and we were basically the only people in the whole lounge. Then they brought my wife this amazing Chocolate Mousse cake that was so rich and tasty. Sofitel absolutely has a great handle on what it is to serve the customer to make them feel “Magnifique!”
The service staff were all on their A game and the breakfast was to die for with so many homemade pastries and an excellent selection of both western and Chinese dishes!
