Loose broken tiles in hallway on 4 th floor. Would have nice to have the breakfast station kept cleaner. Particularly hot food serving area. Need multiple serving utensil holders rather than one. Sausage gravy all over handles and counter. So hard to spread hard butter. Front desk employee dress was not very appropriate for position. Parking lot need repairs. Room was ok, bed good. Could only turn tv on and off by using button on tv, then remote for channel and volume.
