If you can get over the check-in experience, you made a good decision going with the Rodeway Inn. The worker there wasn’t rude, they just had absolutely no people skills once so ever. They were probably dead tired as they most likely aren’t contracting cleaners, they do it themselves. That being said, my room was clean, plenty of room, AC worked, hot water worked. Mini Fridge, separate sink, TV. Most of all it was safe and quiet - compared to other motels I’ve stayed at in Phoenix. Took me 10 mins to walk to Old Town Scottsdale.

Hotel was good comfortable beds just wish they would offer a blanket and not the thin sheet type things they had on the bed. I like to sleep with it cold but not with our some.ki d of light blanket. This was a really wonderful place to stay, especially considering the price. Amazing value for a quick stay. We had to arrive very late (11pm) for my wife’s surgery the next morning. Check-in was easy and fast, staff was very friendly and nice and didn’t even take a deposit. Property was newly updated & painted and felt very clean and nice for a $70 room.

It's a great location - the hotel is clean and in a quiet area. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and all the amazing places in AZ. The staff (on site manager & house keeping personnel) are top notch.
