This hotel was very average hence the three star review. The rooms were very tidy and clean however, several aspects let it down. When we turned up to book in at 3pm we were greeted with the longest check in line I have see at a hotel. We proceeded to wait in the bar area with others to see if it went down but it didn't got a good 40 minutes so we ended up getting in the queue. At that point no one was servicing the bar which was a shame as I am sure they would have served a lot of people. We requested a cot bed before arrival and this was not prepared when we arrived. We then were told they would set this up in the room later before we returned. Having gone out for the full day we returned at 10pm to find no cot bed set up. They did resolve this swiftly after raising again.
All in all it wasn't the best Premier Inn experience. The rooms are quite small especially given ours was a family room and we had very little space to move around in with a cot and a pram.
