The WiFi worked well which is what I needed. The room was terribly small and looked neglected like it needed some repairs. Minimal items inside and 1 tiny trashcan. The walls are paper thin and you can hear anyone coming and going. Didn’t care for the lack of staff and text only communication. Only gave 2 tiny towels and the water pressure was very hard with only one setting on the shower head which made taking a shower very uncomfortable. The room wreaked of weed when we checked in and there was a dirty rag left in our room in front of the tv. Each car is assigned a spot for each room and when we got back from an outing a car was in our spot and it took a little bit to resolve and needed to back and forth text someone that we were going to park in a different spot. I imagine if we couldn’t get it resolved where would we have parked? We shouldn’t have to text someone for 20 mins asking about where we are going to park because they can’t regulate the parking situation. We just wanted to get to bed so we could leave as fast as we could in the morning. The bed was very hard. Another guest rushed out of bed as we were leaving in the morning to inform us we needed to close the front door when leaving because someone left it open all night which wasn’t us because we were not the last people in for the night. I would never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. I needed decent WiFi for work and a place near sugarloaf otherwise I would not have stayed. Not Cozy

Room in general was clean and looked presentable but the bed was really uncomfortable as well as the pillows. We also had an issue with the automatic bathroom light as it kept turning on by itself all night long. There was also a visible patching in the bathroom door from a hole in it but it wasn’t done very good. The heater also didn’t keep the room warm so it was very cold.

Check in was straight forward. Great communication from the host. I reported a repair I noticed and host sent maintenance right away. Communication was top of the class. Thank you for your attentiveness. We would stay again in the future.

Overall my experience was great. I liked the kitchen area but it was missing a blender and a broom. And I wished they just mention that parking is assigned according to RM number. Area was quiet and clean. A really big plus was that there was a place to take the trash in same property. And that the place had lots of lighting!!! I would definitely stay again.

My girlfriend and I were quite disappointed with the place. The front was dirty, once inside-the hallway really smelled bad, No air conditioning at all ( one floor fan), not enough towels provided, extremely small refrigerator that couldn't accommodate 2- liter bottles, the auto turn -on light when you walk into the bathroom was very annoying and would wake up the other person sleeping

Management was amazing. Accommodations were good. I had an awesome stay. The only thing there were no trays for baking in the stove. Everything else was amazing and a set of tongs would be nice too lol I’m a chef so go figure.

The rooms are large, clean, everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Quiet and staff is polite and almost always answer the phone or right back to you. Did i mention the romantic red lights, fireplaces?
