A good place to stay in Joburg
A comfortable, secure and quiet B & B conveniently placed ten minutes walk from the Rosebank Centre with its shops and restaurants. An Uber or similar taxi was more appropriate for the return trio in the dark. Spacious rooms and a delightful garden. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Delicious breakfast. A misunderstanding regarding pick-up arrangements from the airport was rapidly remedied.

This B & B is located in a very beautiful location with outstanding views. I can't sat enough about the House or the very friendly and helpful staff. I don't think you could find a better B & B around, so why stay anywhere else!

Nice guesthouse in Joburg
Really spacious and beautiful rooms. Excellent service and breakfast. We get the feeling of being their guests instead of customers. Safe area within the walking distance from Rosebank mall.

Peaceful escape
We stayed in a luxury suite room which opened up onto the gardens and swimming pool. The room was lovely, very spacious and had a nice bathroom. The only issue was it was very hot, despite using the air conditioning (perhaps it was broken?). Very quiet area and plenty of off road parking. Receptionist was a little inflexible when we said we would be arriving at 10pm as check in was only open til 7pm which we hadn’t been made aware of beforehand. The swimming pool isn’t very large and there are no deck chairs for sun bathing.

An oasis in Johannesburg area.
An amazing oasis of beauty and calm between a safari trip and onward stops. The grounds are lovely and the room was spacious and elegant. The entire property was elegant and breakfast room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious.

Luxurious place with a comfortable, welcoming feel
Dunkeld Manor was incredible! the gardens are beautiful, it's quiet, the rooms my colleagues and I stayed in are large and beautifully decorated - and the bed was super comfortable. It feels like a luxurious place. Sandi was a wonderful and accommodating hostess- she allowed us to keep our bags there as we had a late flight out of Joburg. The sitting area downstairs is comfortable and you can hang out there or in the gardens by the pool. The breakfast was also top notch! I would HIGHLY recommend Dunkeld Manor!

Dunkeld Manor was beautiful! Very well maintained estate and friendly staff. Within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The Manor is in one of the safer parts of Johannesburg and is highly recommended for first time visors.

Fabolous Manor
The Manor was really beautiful , the room very confortable ,the manager very kind and the location in Johannesburg is super! It is located very closed to a cool commercial centre with nice shops and tastfull restaurants so at night in five minutes you can reach it. In addition from this commercial centre leaves the red bus hop off which is very convenient if you spent just one day in Jozi.

Excellent stay!
We had two days in Dunkeld Manor, then we booked one more night at the end of our stay in SA, as we thought is was such a great place to stay! Really nice rooms, beautiful house with an atmosphere, a nice garden with a perfect outside patio for relaxing before sunset. A courtesy bar (perfect!) and a pool, couldn't ask for more! Great breakfast - and most important - great, smiling, friendly staff! Pleasant conversations and all the help we could get. We had a late takeoff our last night in SA, and were more than welcome getting a late checkout and otherwise stay there for the remainder of the evening before we left - just great service all around!

A jewel in Johannesburg
An absolutely, fabulous bed and breakfast, a peaceful place in the middle of a very large city.....a welcome refuge from 10 days in the African wilderness! Our stay at Dunkeld Manor was only two nights, but it could have lasted weeks! A home away from home and our hostess was like finding an long time friend! This is a jewel! We'll be back!

Increíble, Sandy un amor, tuvimos problemas con el equipaje en el aeropuerto y ella nos ayudó mucho, el personal muy preocupado y amable, el hotel de lujo, cómodo y excelente ubicación, sin duda volveremos!!! Aconsejable 100%..
