I went down for my 40th birthday last weekend. The lady at check in couldn't find my reservation. So, I showed her my reservation confirmation. That took 10-15 mins for her to find it. Then, she said payment was never made. So, again I showed her my transaction when I booked in October 2025. Then, she said the card declined for the hold. I showed her I owe 0$ on the card. I told her I had the physical card with me if that would help. She ran that. We get up to the room on the 3rd floor and the code doesn't work (imagine that after that check in fiasco). So I went back down to the office and she sent up maintenance. He didn't understand why it wasn't working either so he changed the code. We finally got into the unit to find a lamp shade broken, and a couple other items. So, down to the office I go again. Monday rolls around and there was no one at the office although the sign said someone will be back at 9am. Around 11:30am I'm in the front seat working remotely and guests come up to me asking how to check in. I told them their guess was as good as mine since no one was in the office and it was total chaos when I checked in Friday. I wished them good luck. I checked my card balances
