Do not stay here. Spent two sleepless nights. The hotel is shutting down for a few months for room refurbishing so maybe it will be better after that. The location is great. Many other hotel options in the area.
Room 1:
I booked a triple room for my mother, daughter and I. The room was a good size however there was black mold in shower which made the room uninhabitable. The couch was stained. Halls were dirty.
Room 2:
Also had black mold, but less. I was still not prepared to risk it.
Room 3:
Fine but too small for 3 people. They wouldn’t give a discount bc they said it was an upgrade due to the “city view”
Room 4:
Finally they “upgraded” us to a large beautiful suite on the top floor but they didn’t tell us that the AC was broken! To their credit they brought us multiple fans but with 90 degree temperatures we spent two sleepless nights.The bathtub drain was also broken which they fixed quickly. It was disingenuous to give us a room as an “upgrade” but not tell us that they couldn’t have rented the room anyway because of the AC!
Also they lost one of our bags and my hat in the luggage storage. I finally went to search for it myself and it was connected to someone else’s luggage!
The hotel has refused to give us any kind of refund. I am pleased to say hotels.com did give us a small discount.
I can recommend the sky bar and pool on the 7th floor which are operated independently.
