The room was very clean and matches the photos. The TV is not a smart TV. Comfortable beds and a nice, big bathroom. The room definitely had maintenance issues. Screws sticking out of the wall where the top of the bunk bed was. The handle of the sink kept falling down unless you put it all the way up to max flow. As a result, the sink would immediately fill up and then overflow. There is no toilet paper holder. However, the price was very reasonable so if the maintenance issues are fixed, then I would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. There is no restaurant, but there is free coffee and cookies, plus a bakery nearby (walking distance unless you have mobility issues) that offers a 20% discount to hotel guests. The neighboring grocery store is also convenient and well-stocked (but no special discounts ;-). Our room was quite small, but comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was easy and safe.

Lovely little place

Little gem in Kopavogur. Hotel looks like new, very comfortable and clean room. Loved the shower very well designed so the bathroom floor stays dry all the time. Cozy place with a bakery near by. Best of all are the lovely owners that were so kind and generous sharing some food for breakfast, even when this was not part of the accommodation, as it was Easter when I visited and most of the places were closed due to holidays. Also loved the beautiful horse paintings.

We were fortunate enough to check in early without any issues as we landed that morning. The staff was friendly and check in was quick. Parking was easy and the hotel is conveniently located by Bonus and a bakery. Our hotel room was on the smaller side (compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in Iceland), however we were only there for one night so we were able to manage. It was just two of us traveling with 2 carry on luggages and 1 backpack and thought it took up just enough space. Otherwise, we had a nice and restful one night stay. :)
