Fun and unique get away

What a unique and fun way to experience Zion. Our family really enjoyed our recent stay. Ryan and Melanie were so welcoming and helpful...he even changed a flat tire for a guest and the pancakes were great. Definitely experience the wagon excursion and Water Canyon is a must. It's so close by and amazingly beautiful.

We loved this place! Wish we would have stayed longer. The tents were warm and clean and the views were amazing. We will be staying here again. Our kids had a blast and enjoyed the s’mores at night and the morning pancakes. Such a fun and memorable getaway. Marcel was super nice and showed us the property and dinosaur tracks which made our kids whole trip. Also, super close to a great grocery store!

Nothing Glamping about this place !

We arrived at the property expecting a Glamping experience, we got a very run down glamping tent thats zips didn't even do up, the doors were held together by clips that blew open in the wind, I asked if they had any tents with zips that worked and were told no, they get broken easily by people who've had too much to drink. There was an old electric fire inside the tent, a basic table and lamp and we had paid extra for a luxury tent, which had 2 queen beds, that had basic bed linen and a blanket. There was nothing else inside, nothing luxury about it at all. We left after 5 minutes as it was really windy and the doors kept blowing open. I'd avoid at all costs. They did offer a refund straight away after I wrote and complained, so that was good.

This is NOT glamping! AVOID!

Upon arrival we were greeted by two minor girls. The younger one (probably 12–14 yo) showed us around and then to our tent. After that we did not see any staff (neither minor nor adult) during the whole night or day after. On the second day when we returned to our tent after a full day in the national park we found that it has not been cleaned, even though it specifically said when we booked it that there was daily cleaning. Apart from that a rodent had been in our tent during the day and eaten crackers that we had left in the trash can. The door was not able to close on the bottom so therefore the rodent had gotten in. When we confronted the staff that we found (who was checking in new guests) he was incredibly rude and ignorant. He basically scolded us for having used the trash can and said I had to call the owners via a phone number on the wall. I tried to call 9 times but the number did not work. In the end he called them and they told me that they did not provide daily cleaning while someone was occupying the tent (even if you’re not there during the whole day, apparently). In the end we checked out one night early and left. We were VERY disappointed with our stay and would not recommend ANYONE to stay there, at least not if you’re expecting “glamping”. Outside the table was broken and also several of the lamps that were supposed to guide you to your tent after sunset.

Excellent stay

They’re very amazing. We love how accommodating they are. I love the tent set up. You really don’t need to bring anything. They have complete supplies. Just bring food if you want or there nearby restaurant.

8/10 Very good

Property was beautiful and felt like a small community. At night, campers from different parts of the world gathered together around the bonfire and enjoyed the evening together with s'mores! Would love to do it again. My only negative was the amount of spiders I found in my tent. I spent a good hour trying to get rid of them before sleeping. Other than that, great experience!

Bof bof

Tente pas très propre et usées... Rafistolage avec du scotch , coton tige des derniers clients .... Pas vraiment de commodité et services minimums . Je m'attendais à mieux pour le prix

2/10 Poor

We had a highly disappointing experience with this property. When booking two months in advance, I clearly requested two tents side by side on an elevated area. I reiterated this request a day before arrival and again on the check-in day, each time receiving confirmation from the property manager that it would be arranged. However, upon arrival, we found that our tents were neither side by side nor on the elevated area as promised. The host acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and assured us that for the next night, we would be moved to the correct tents. Before leaving for a tour the following day, we reconfirmed the tent numbers with the host, who again assured us they would be ready. However, when we returned at 10 PM, we discovered that the tents were not prepared at all—the bed sheets had not been changed, trash from previous guests was still inside. And one of the tents from previous night was already been given to someone else so we couldn’t go back to those tents either. After multiple phone calls, the host came and offered to clean and prepare the tents. By that time, we were exhausted and simply took whatever tents were available, though they were not what we had reserved. Despite planning well in advance and receiving repeated confirmations, we never got the accommodations we requested for either night. The lack of organization and follow-through turned what should have been an enjoyable stay into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

We had a great time glamping here. We checked in with Trevor, who then gave us a tour of the campground and our yurt. He explained everything and answered any questions we had. The yurt was very roomy. It was about 20 feet in diameter and very sturdy. It had a queen sized bed, a couch, night tables, a heater/AC unit, and electrical power strip. Outside was a picnic table and small firepit. The walkway from our car and the area around the yurt was lit by small solar lights. Very charming. Out yurt was located at the top of a small hill that overlooked the common area of the campground. Great views! We drove to Dee's Market (a 5 minute drive) to get food and beer. We ate at our picnic table, then headed down to the main firepit of the campground in the common area. Each night they have a fire going for the "community" of glampers. They also provide supplies to make your own s'mores. We hung out there with the other glampers and socialized for a few hours. Later, around midnight, we sat out to stargaze. There is no light pollution so you can easily see the Milky Way. The next morning they had coffee and pancakes freshly made in the common area. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back when we head that way again for vacation.

Property managers where very kind and freindly. Pancake breakfast was nice freshly made. Delicious syrups. No gluten free options available if you have an allergy. Firepits where great to sit out and watch the stars but wood was very pricey $8.00 for 4 peices of wood.

Great overall experience

Great clean tents! The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner- the water kept pooling up in a couple of the showers because I’m assuming the drains were clogged. The beds were super comfy, but the pillows themselves were the only complaints in our group of four. We also recommend lights outside of the tent that can be turned on in the evenings! We arrived at night and had to use our cell phone flashlights to bring our luggage in. The chairs outside would be super cool if they were more for camping. They were more of indoor office chairs. This place is going to be super great soon with a few upgrades!!! The community firepit, pancake breakfast, cornhole, etc was also a unique touch here. Definitely a great experience!
