A wonderful stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the beautiful, eclectic décor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is managed by a young, friendly and attentive team who made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just steps from the underground and within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The healthy breakfast buffet was also excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious choices to start the day. Overall, a charming hotel with lots of character, a great location and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

Centrally located, clean, rooms are comfortable enough for a small city hotel, upscale, trendy, sheets are not 100% cotton and bed was somewhat saggy, not a thick firm mattress in upscale hotels. Met our needs, no real complaints for a city stay within a decent price range.

Great stay, good location, good breakfast. Tiny rooms… Feels like a cruise ship. Very comfortable lounges. Was surprised that English was the preferred language with staff. The guitar amp in the room seemed a little excessive… But whatever. We plan to return.

Loved the ease of being cashless “Plastic Fantastic”! Great location for close access to U-bahn, restaurants, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet and bars. Appreciated the option to forgo daily room service for a cocktail voucher in their bar.

6/10 Good

Hotel decor is awesome and beds were comfy (just ask for extra pillows). There’s no phone in the room, which I know is becoming more common, but it was frustrating when a fuse blew one night and we were left in the dark. However, the staff were extremely kind and very helpful. Would definitely stay again

8/10 Very good

We had a great stay overall. Nice decorating touches, breakfast was very good, very clean, quiet and location was excellent. The only issues were the shower/bath arrangement was kinda funky. Play music while the other goes to the toily and hopefully you’re not shy about showering. The promise of coffee and tea anytime…NOT! The galley’s as they are called don’t really exist. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and I would stay again knowing what I do.
