Worst Hotel Ever
The worst hotel i have stayed in. On arrival they could not find my booking so I had to call Hotels.com centre only to find out they don't have the app down loaded yet. So that had to be done. Then i was told they don't take any credit cards but was advertised they do. So needed to go to bank for cash. The hotel is very old & they are trying to repair. I should of been told in advance before booking. My room was large but very old & dusty. The furniture has not been moved in ages. WIFI is poor & does not connect in room. Aircon comes on but blows warm air. The staff tried to fix. At bed time I could feel insect moving in bed. When I put light on there they were. I took pics & when to fron desk to show them. They just had a good laugh as they were too busy watching soccer on TV. I took bug spray & had to kill insects myself. This hotel should be taken off Hotels.com site. I should get a refund. Food was poor & very little offered at breakfast. Will never stay there again
