We loved our stay! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds were kept to a high standard. The pool was ideal. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Best best of all though were the staff who were helpful and smiling at all times. I look forward to staying again.

A real Oasis

A simplistic modern resort hidden away from all the noise but within walking distance of everything and is truly wonderful. Nice pool. Staff were a delight and food in La Cabana was good. There is no sign on the main road, so our driver had a bit of difficulty finding it.

The hotel was nice. Pros: spacious room, very nice bathroom and shower, plentiful hot water until we tried to fill the bathtub with hot water then it ran out which was expected. The pool was nice, and the property was overall very clean and they accommodated us very well. They had a chargeable bottle of wine, which was disappointing because we don’t drink due to religious reasons and Lombok being an island of Muslims should have known that. The biggest pro was probably the restaurant, which was very good, except one meal they undersalted the food.

Stunning looking hotel but some noise and bad wifi

The hotel is really beautiful and comfortable. The pool is stunning and it is very centrally located. The restaurant is quite good too. - My only issue was that the rooms are not built to isolate the noise, and there is a fair bit of it. Whether it is the neighbours showering, the surrounding animals or the construction work going next door, I think the rooms on the lower lever might have overall less noise but in the one I was staying, wasn’t very calm. Also, the wifi was quite bad during our stay.
