Faultless
Absolutely faultless, Jez is a lovely host and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. He addressed us by name every time and even offered me tablets for my headache which was beyond my expectations. The room was well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was no noose heard from other guests at all. Breakfast was of very good quality and the flavours were amazing and was just the right size to start off the day. We will definitely be returning.

Good Quality Seaside B&B
Stayed as a family of four. Twin room suite at front of the building. Very comfortable beds. Some noise from road if windows left open, but quiet at night. The sea view was there, but it was limited. Good breakfast, and it was nice to have linen on the table and china. Warm welcome. Recommended.

The property was clean and tidy, with lovely touches such as the way the towels were laid! We opted for the breakfast, which was very good, but the greatest impression came from our host, Ged He was polite, softly spoken and extremely courteous and helpful. A real star! The accommodation was close to the beach and amenities, an excellent location!

Ideally situated
This small and friendly B&B is ideally situated, a stones throw from the Preston beach. It is also a 10 min walk to main shopping/arcades area. Ideal for families, the children had an adjoining room too so we weren't on top of each other. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast was excellent locally sourced sausage bacon and eggs with fresh strawberries every day.The welcome was terrible had to ring the door bell 3 times and I tried to contact once in reception with no luck. I am still waiting for a receipt for an extra night stay.Breakfast £9 50 a bit steep. Please take the wind chime down over night they were very annoying when you~r trying to relax and sleep.
