It was around 10:00 PM at night. A person (or a group of people, I couldn't tell) was talking very loudly at the front gate of the hotel - right outside of the lobby. My room was on the 3rd floor and right above the front gate, so it was too noisy and all of us in the room couldn't sleep. So, I called the front desk (by the way, the quick dial button on the phone did not work), and I told the front desk person to let her know about the noise issue. About 5 minutes past, the person was still talking loudly, so I called the front desk again, and she responded me angrily saying that she was waiting for someone to handle the issue as she was alone. And, then, she hung up on me. And, the noise continued until one of my family member went down to talk to the front desk.
I was so frustrated on how the front desk person responded on this incident - she did nothing to resolve the noise issue, but, instead, she was angry at me, the person who was reporting the issue. I'm so disappointed about the service and upset about the staff's attitude.
