This was a great place to stay for a short trip to Tokyo. The room was pretty small but had everything that we needed. The amenities (ie lotion, face cream, bath salts, etc) that are available down in the lobby were very nice.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I loved how there were lots of freebies, such as takoyaki every night during a specific time, free mocktails and some wine, unlimited water, tea, and coffee available all day, every day, as well as access to a microwave. These are all accessible 24 hours a day. The location was so accessible to the train station. Lots of great japanese restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and I have been to world-renowned five star hotels all over the world including Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The staff are unfathomably accommodating to the point of absurdity. They have spared no cost to make our stay as carefree as possible. Naming even one member of staff would be a disservice to the rest, as each one has been incredible with their dedication to serving me and my husband on our 7-day trip to Japan. To sum this property for any prospecting travelers: it is a one in a million hotel. Ask and you shall receive levels of service. Overall delightful and if I ever stay in Tokyo again, this will be the place to go.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights during our train tour through Japan. Its location near Kanda metro station makes it a logistically ideal hub to visit all the attractions in Tokyo. The hotel is neat and clean. The staff at the reception speaks good English and is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small, but that is apparently common in Japan. Also for the bathroom it is an advantage that our physique is somewhat smaller. An average Dutch man has to bend over in the shower. But anyway, it is all clean and very 😉
