"We had 2 rooms with bunks for kids. They enjoyed the waterpark. Access allowed after checkout till 2 pm. Nice clean rooms "

"Everything was great for our stay we had an amazing dinner in the steak house upstairs. The observation deck had a beautiful view of the falls at night. My only problem with the property was the parking was 35 Canadian a night and was two plus blocks away from the hotel they did however offer a quick and complimentary shuttle service. Overall great property and would stay here again."

"White Oaks is amazing! The rooms are spotless and super comfortable, the restaurants are excellent, and the spa/fitness facilities are top-notch. Staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome right away. Perfect spot to relax. I’ll definitely be back!"

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel . The view from American falls (4th floor) was great . Everything was great but we do noticed that anyone can go up in the elevators to the rooms floor. They need to have the same system Sheraton in Toronto has ! We can only go up to the rooms if you have the guest card ! That’s a safety measure for all of the guests . Lots of people inside of the lobby and walking around the property so anyone can go up . For this reason we did not feel safe . "
