Budget hotel, good location, clean room and ample parking. 30-40mins walk to the falls, if one enjoys exploring the city. Provides breakfast - bread, jam, peanut-butter, butter, coffee, tea & cream. Timing could be a bit early instead of 9-11am. Some drink options for the kids would be nice. Provides only bath towels, no hand towels.

Decent property for a good price as weekend rates for Niagara are astronomical! Although the rooms are dated, they are well kept and very clean by all standards of motel/inn category, and parking was free. Very nice towels and the toilet paper wasn't the cheap kind. Front Desk was welcoming and helpful with a smile I wouldn't hesitate to stay at either of their properties on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls.

For the price we paid it was perfect for us . We could park out car close to the stanley and murry for free somewhere and walk. For our needs it was very good . We came 3 in the morning and woke up at 9 AM . Overall we had a good stay.

Wasn’t that bad for the price, rooms could be cleaner. Some lamps were not working in my room, breakfast start way too late at 8 am and when I went I could only get two slices of bread and the toaster wasn’t working. But the staff is amazing. About 20 minutes walk to the falls.

Better than expected. Staff was friendly, room and property were cleaner. For a budget hotel I expected less. The continental breakfast is just toast and coffee/tea so don't expect the full course. Also, they wouldn't let me check in an hour early even though the place was nearly empty. They said it may be later check in than the 3pm advertisement (which didn't end up happening anyway).

Room was clean. Slightly outdated. Just cosmetic stuff that needed done. The toilet didn’t like to flush right. Great water pressure in the shower. Be warned the mattress is very firm. Pillows were comfy. Air conditioner was rather loud. Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to walk to Clifton hills and the other way was many restaurants. It was great for us as we spent little time in the room so it accommodated us sleeping and taking a break now and then. Would definitely use again

Basic and clean with personable staff.

Our room was excellent. We arrived in the evening and the manager met us at the door. He was polite and offered to assist us carry our baggage up the stairs. Check-in was easy since we reserved our room. The room was basic, but comfortable and clean. We appreciated the quiet and efficient air conditioning. Parking was very nice.
