More than exceeded our expectations. Very accommodating and helpful staff and a perfectly comfortable and nicely presented room. The upstairs jacuzzi and sun loungers that came with our suite were great and it is an oasis of tranquility just metres away from the Caldera view madness and cruise ship hordes.

We had a lovely stay at the Arches Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They allowed us a later check in and replied within minutes if we ever messaged. The location is amazing! Right in the heart of Oia. Easy access to the busses and very easy for a shuttle or taxi to pick up and drop off.

We had an awesome stay. Kosta was a super host who made sure we were well taken care of from check in to check out. The room was nice and clean. It was in the heart of things and everything was accessible. The only downside was that there was not a smart tv in the room. We had a fantastic stay, my boyfriends first visit to Greece and he was very pleased. The room had everything we needed, note the stairs up the rooftop were steep and a little tricky but worth it for the view! The location is great just seconds from the main street but still quiet. Breakfast was an extra bonus and superb, delivered to the door daily at a time to suit us. John was an amazing manager, quickly resolved minor issues, made recommendations and was very approachable.
