Our room was not clean when we checked in and I had to ask multiple times for a new room then they finally moved us. The staff laughed at our tip because it wasn’t enough for his liking. I have been here multiple times and never had an issue with the staff not being friendly until today. Pool service at pool 30 treated us like we were inconveniencing them asking for a drink. I’m just super disappointed with our experience here.

Welcome to Cabo in style
Great property, really beautiful. All inclusive is the way to go, don't have to worry about food or drinks. Only downside is the ocean is inaccessible due to rip tide. It would be perfect if you could swim or snorkel off the beach! But the property makes up for it with an abundance of pool options.

From our balcony we could see the sunrise and sunset! The shuttle to Rose was nice and we used it daily. The Market for food options is great as is the buffet for breakfast. The pros, the staff is helpful, prompt and friendly. They drove us up and down the hill all week happily and helped us learn the app which was very handy. The cons, our beds were not comfortable so we didn't sleep well, the room never got very cool so were were uncomfortable sleeping. We feel that we spent too much time with transportation since we enjoy downtown Cabo and headed in daily. We would stay at Pueblo Bonito again just one of the resorts on Medano beach for convenience.
