The rooms were spacious and comfortable the staff was friendly. The pool area was a littl chaotic from construction but the pool was open as was the hottub which is all our son cared about. We reserved this room cause it looked nice in the pictures and has a pool for the kids but we get there and check in ask the desk when the pool closes told us 9pm then when we go to swim it's under construction our bed a broke smoke alarm broke and hanging told the front desk we wanted a refund cause we didn't want to stay here said no we were only there an hour landed up booking a different hotel and left that one I'm still want a refund that hotel was horrible

The hotel is old and needs updating. There are missing parts of the ceiling in the pool/spa area. Rooms are very basic, even the king suite we had. But the staff is accommodating and there’s a free hot breakfast if you’re not too picky.
