The on-site spa has 18 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, sports massages, Swedish massages and facials. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and thalassotherapy. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room and Turkish bath/hammam.

Rummet spartanskt inrett med unken doft av fukt/mögel. Inget utöver det vanliga, väldigt sparsmakat rum jämfört med andra hotell i liknande klass. Vi tyckte det var opersonligt och trist rum.

Ingen ventilasjon på rommet. Helt ok standard, men slitt. Personalet i resepsjonen var smilende og hyggelig. Peronalet i restauranten kunne trygt gitt litt mer service og smil. Tok laang tid for å få bestilt drikke feks. Det var langt i fra full restaurant og kun buffet som ble servert,så det skulle ikke være noe grunn til at dette skulle ta tid.

Helt okej!

Trevligt hotell med bra och stora faciliteter. Mycket tråkigt dock att de allmänna utrymmena inte matchade rummens standard. Badrummet luktade sunkigt, toalettsitsen var helt lös och inredningen lämnade överlag mer att önska. Ingen individuell styrning av luftkonditioneringen och med fönstret öppet hade man grannrummets balkong precis utanför. Helt okej, men kommer nog inte att bli några fler planerade besök just pga de utdaterade rummen. Plus för spa-anläggningen med bra öppettider och trevligt utbud.

Det var fint. Hadde forventet noe mer på et spa hotell, men det var ikke dårlig. Små barn som hopper i bassenget i spa avdelingen, flere voksne som ikke overholdt stille delen av spaet. Alle boblebadene opptatt i rense perioden. Ingen ansatte som var inne og ryddet eller sa fra. Det var litt kjipt, og ble ikke en like avslappende opplevelse som jeg hadde sett for meg. Frokosten var generelt bra, men eggerøren var ikke god. Restauranten hadde vi både en flott opplevelse i, og en mindre bra opplevelse.

Overpriset og dårlig

Dessverre er Strømstad Spa sterkt overpriset sammenlignet med hva man får. Rommet var ikke særlig rent og ganske slitent. Rengjøring skjer ikke med mindre man ber om det eksplisitt til resepsjonen. Du får 3 kaffekapsler ved ankomst, alt annet må betales ekstra for. Adgang til basseng er ikke inkludert i det overprisede rommet, og du må betale for både voksne og barn. Dette blir fort en kostbar opplevelse. Frokosten var helt ok. Restauranten leverer en helt medium opplevelse med mat som hverken er dårlig eller spesielt interessant. Det beste er å kjøre videre til et mer spennende hotell med mer «value for money».

Hotellrummet hade inte två i behållarna varken vid handfat eller i dusch, saknade galgar , badrumsdörren gnisslade extremt högt, gick inte att stänga, glödlampan trasig i sänglampan Vi sa till det enda som hände var att vi fick tvål påfyllt inte ens en galge eller dörren åtgärdad Ingen i receptionen tog tag i det bara lite tafatt oj då

A luxury hotel that doesn’t live up to expectation

Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning significantly lowered our rating. It was 30 degrees outside and probably even hotter inside, despite the open door and windows, which made the night sleepless. At first glance, our deluxe room looked clean, but when I wiped up some water from the floor, the paper turned black. The restaurant’s selection was poor, and the serving staff was confused. Twice, our waiter thought we had ordered fish instead of burgers. I definitely have higher expectations for a hotel of this class.
