20 minutes from airport early in morning. Not much arorund. Good Beer garden in Hercules, also 20 min. Hotel could use better lighting in bathroom and hot water slow and I quit trying. All in all I would stay again because of closeness to airport and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. However i had reserved two rooms with two king beds and i ended up with one room having with two queen beds. Not a big deal though. We made it work. I did wish there was a fridge in the room.

The hotel was infested with mosquitoes and I got bitten several times throughout the night. The elevator is old and very slow. Customer service were not helpful. I was given a room with a water leak on the ceiling. The location is not good. Unable to get food delivered to the hotel due to the location.

The hotel itself was beautiful with brand new furniture, brand new floors, etc. the problem is….. it’s function as a Hotel was very poor! The water pressure in the shower was basically a trickle, there were only two bath towels… no hand towel, no wash cloths, and no bathmat towel to keep from slipping on the bathroom floor. the bottle of water for the coffee maker was not replaced. I picked up the phone on the nightstand to call the front desk and no one answered The purpose of being a hotel is to FUNCTION like a hotel not just LOOK like a hotel. I will not be staying there again on my next trip to Querétaro!!! El hotel en sí era hermoso con muebles nuevos, pisos nuevos, etc. el problema es que su función como hotel era muy pobre. La presión del agua en la ducha era básicamente un hilito, solo había dos toallas de baño, no había toallas de mano, toallas de mano ni toallitas ni alfombra de baño para evitar resbalones en el piso del baño La botella de agua para la cafetera no fue reemplazada. Cuando llamé a la recepción, nadie contestó. No volveré a alojarme allí cuando en Querétaro

La verdad yo solo consideraría este hotel para una emergencia, por ninguna otra razón me quedaría aquí, lit no pude descansar nada porque al lado están las vías del tren y suena fuertísimo en la madrugada. Además nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto 2 veces porque el primero estaba al lado de la planta regenadora de luz (no había luz esa noche y la tenían prendida), por lo que el ruido era como tener una locomotora dentro del cuarto. Y luego la segunda habitación estaba sucia, como si hace años no la usaran y puede que por eso el baño no sirviera. Finalmente la tercera habitación estaba bien, puro no tuvimos agua caliente y el detalle del tren se me hicieron una gran razón para no volver

La habitación es amplia y en general está limpia. Sin embargo se nota que ya las sábanas y colchas ya están desgastadas por su uso. Las almohadas quitando las fundas contaban con manchas, al igual se ve que ya están muy desgastadas. La habitación cuenta con lo básico y necesario para la estancia, al igual que el baño. La ubicación del hotel se encuentra cercana a la vía del tren lo que te impide tener un buen sueño por el contaste paso del tren. Además de que las puertas de las otras habitaciones rechinaban muy fuerte y se podía escuchar cuando una persona entraba o salía de su habitación. En cuanto al personal es muy amable, sobre todo la señora de la limpieza.
