Not what advertised
The apartment is fine, but not what is photographed - the host even said “they had to remove the furniture” - when booking the accommodation, we thought this apartment stood out from the other standard options, so that’s why we paid a little extra, but it wasn’t worth it.
We requested to be moved as the apartment was so small and looked nothing like the pictures. We thought it was a scam. We were moved to a bigger apartment with a kitchen island (instead of galley kitchen), however then we didn’t have a dining table.
Exchange of keys is through an Asian Grocery store, when we approached them and asked to be moved, they were defensive and denied knowing who the host was….not comforting.
Although in the end, ‘the host’ of the apartment was very easy to talk to.
Kitchen drawers didn’t close. Cooking utensils useless.
Bed sheets were not Egyptian Cotton as advertised - they were scratchy and the label on them said ‘linen’.
Parking is an extra cost, and not necessarily available. In one email it said $50 a night, and another email it said $40 a night.
Access to gym and pool requires an ‘induction’, which we couldn’t attend, so couldn’t access the facilities - again, something we paid extra for and didn’t get to avail of.
If the price was reduced, and the photographs updated to be a true reflection of what is provided, it would be fine.
