The location was great. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and made coffee every afternoon to create a great atmosphere. But only one room has any real windows. I actually booked that room, but it turns out that there are other "luxury" rooms besides the one in the pictures. Mine was small with no windows. Also note that they do not have 24 hr reception - you need a code to enter so make sure you have data in Mexico to get your code.

Our experience here was absolutely terrible. The Room: The room was incredibly small, dirty upon arrival, and had no windows. Even though it was quite cold outside, the room felt like an oven—stifling and hot with zero ventilation. The Service: Because there is no staff on-site after 6:00 PM, I messaged management about the cleanliness. Their immediate response was to deny it and claim the room wasn’t dirty. When I insisted, they demanded pictures. I sent the photos proving how dirty it was, and they completely ignored me. No apology, no solution, just radio silence. Logistics & Accessibility: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but reception closes at 6:00 PM. That leaves a tiny 3-hour window to interact with a human if something goes wrong. While self-check-in is an option, you are entirely on your own after 6:00 PM. Furthermore, there is no elevator. Our room was on the second floor, and we had to lug all of our heavy bags up the stairs ourselves with zero assistance. The Bottom Line: The only positive aspect is the location. However, a good location does not make up for a claustrophobic, dirty room and a management team that gaslights and ignores paying guests. Avoid this place if you value basic comfort and decent customer service.

Not what we booked

We checked in and got our room luxury king for only 1 night. They told us expedia, screwed up and overbooked so we had to move from #10 to #9 room, very much smaller but no refund for the difference. Our room was hot, no AC and very noises and bright. We also had issues with the laundry, US citizens can not download the app to use the washer/dryer, the girl was kind and we paid her. No room service for the entire time. Hotel location was excellent.

Location was good but I got the deluxe room that said that had a desk but there was no desk. I asked in the reception and they said there are no desks at all, they didn’t do anything to fix the fact that when I reserved it said that it included a desk. The water from the shower changes from warm to cold out of nowhere. They don’t clean the room during your stay.

I booked a room here and the room I was given when we arrived was not the room they listed at all. Photos and size of the room were completely different. The room we were given was half the size of the room we thought we were getting. Didn’t have a window like in the photos, and a tiny bathroom compared to the large one we booked. We talked to front desk and they said it was the right room? We left immediately and asked for a refund. We were told multiple times a refund wouldn’t be a problem but now I won’t be able to get my money back because of there policies? The policies shouldn’t matter if I was given something that was nothing like the listing and made to look and pay for another room somewhere else. There are so many better places to stay, I would not risk booking with this place again.

Cuando uno sale de viaje, lo único que pide es que la habitación esté limpia y que tenga una buena cama para poder descansar, y en este hotel la cama estuvo pésima, estaba toda dura el colchón lleno de bolas y rechinaba terriblemente cada que me movía, me levanté con dolor de espalda, en conclusión pasé una pésima noche

Muy atentos todo el tiempo, muy limpio y con inquilinos muy tranquilos, nunca hubo ruido La única desventaja es que hacía calor y las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, al ser pequeñas te llegas a sentir sofocado.
