La estancia fue horrible, en la madrugada llovió, lo que ocasionó que se metiera agua a mi habitación, no hablo de un charco, se mojó toda la habitación, lo peor es que me para muy confiada en la madrugada al baño y resbalé, lo que hizo aún más pesada mi estancia ya que apenas hace un mes me operaron y justo iba a pasarla bien. El personal hizo caso omiso a todo y solo fueron a limpiar. En lo personal no lo recomiendo!

Habían animales y estaban en muuuuuuuuuuuuuy mal estado y aparte de todo las habitaciones estaban padres pero no las tendieron cuando regresamos y pues eso no nos gustó y el hotel está mal construido y se movía todo el hotel y el agua de orchata estaba horrible y tienen reglas muy raras y los venados, mapaches y el cocodrilo están en muy mal estado y parecen que no saben la dieta de los animales ósea le dan croquetas a los mapaches
