We stayed for one night as were visiting family. This hotel is clean but sadly no one at reception to check inn and although there was a phone number to call for help, this was impossible constantly. This was very annoying as after a long drive from Reading we just wanted to freshen up and meet up with family, it took another person staying there to explain what we had to do. Sadly for this reason we would not book here again.

Location was great for the airport and pub serving good food a short walk, also well stocked Sainsbury’s fuel station opposite. The room was clean and beds/bedding were very comfortable, the staff were very helpful. It was a little dated and noisy but once we put white noise on one of our phones it drowned out the noise of the road and other guests

The communication from staff were excellent and the price was very good. Free parking and a Sainsbury across the street were convenient. However, the property was poorly maintained, unclean and one room had black mold and the associated odor. Recommend only for the most budget conscious travelers.

The Inn is in great need of renovation. It’s old and dated, for a £97 per night stay. Room insulation is poor and is quite cold, when the heater is not on. The receptionist I met on arrival, for my overnight stay, was pleasant and quite helpful, however. The room was clean and met an overnight need, as I was there for less then six hours. The television didn’t work. As said, the place is in need of a major revamp.

Very clean property at a good price, easy check in and check out. Rooms have many emmenities such as a mini fridge, TV, outlets and even complementary tea. Very good place for solo Travellers like myself, looking for an accommodation close to the airport

After what seemed a very tiring drive culminating in passing Gatwick Airport,another 8 minutes to find a very reasonable priced Hotel seemed like nothing. No quibbles about first come,first served in the car park as it seems big enough to accommodate all guests. I had a great welcome and had my bags carried for me into reception and up to my room which I appreciated very much. I was also told there was a garage opposite which had a big forecourt shop for snacks and drinks. I had a double room,recently decorated with sofa and fridge.Tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits and bottled water. Great bathroom with shower and a bath! There was everything you needed in the room,even a pedestal fan. The bed was very comfortable and there was a wake up knock in case you'd overslept. Check out the Gatwick Inn hotel.If you just need an overnight with no fancy name and price then try a night or two.My second time and I'll definitely be back.
