This is a very modest hotel (more like a guest house), but the location is fantastic. It is literally just across the airport. The staff was very nice and they offered me a ride to the airport. They have a restaurant on site and the food was very tasty

Clean, spacious room with aircon (but no windows), lovely helpful staff. Breakfast and lift to airport included. Very reasonable for price paid. 1mile from airport, and on busy road- so can hear these noises which eased off during the night. Restaurant available too.

It's my go to spot for my flights in and out of SJO. The room is always clean... New pillows, clean white linen, great air conditioning. Shuttle is always prompt and the family is wonderful. They are going through some site improvements but it didn't impact my stay. Thank you! 🤗

Free breakfast off the menu of the restaurant it's part of and closeness to airport is awesome when the plane and highway noises don’t bother you. It's somewhat buffered so I was able to sleep

We had an super early flight, the guy gave us a ride to the airport at 3:45 am. That was unbelievable!!! Super nice and friendly people just for that ride if I could I will gave the 20 stars.

$28 a night less than a mile from the airport was perfect! The free breakfast surpasses any hotel breakfast I have ever had. The rooms are clean the air conditioner works the showers work and the towels are clean. They do have 3 or 4 cats onsite but they did not affect my cat hair allergy. The road noise and air plane noise is rather loud but generally lessens to a manageable level by night time. The restaurant closes at 10 but I did not have any issues with noise from there. The people that run the place are great and will drive you to and pick you up from the airport. They speak enough English to communicate. I will definitely stay here again if I come back you cannot beat the value.

Nice people but very disappointing accomodation, one of the worst Ive stayed in. Very noisey due to truck traffic and overhead jets. This is hotel, more like a bar/restaurant with a room attached. Only. highlight was a decent breakfast that was included.

Family own business that treats you like their own. Very nice, clean and close to the airport. The best part is that they also have a restaurant so you don't have to look for places to eat. They have laundry service too.

Very close to the airport, clean room, AC available. Family business. They also have a restaurant/bar. The hosts are nice and provided cold bottle water to me when I arrived. I had to go to the airport at 4:30 am and the host was nice enough to drive me there at this hour. They do provide breakfast but I checked out too early.

So first of all when you pull up to this place, it looks like a mechanic shop almost, and in a very industrialized kind of Area with really bad parking and highway traffic. Then the first thing you notice when you walk in as a really disgusting bathroom right next to a kitchen and there’s cats laying on countertops around the dining room, which is in my opinion, disgusting. The gentleman that helped us was very kind though…although once he showed us our room, it was an absolute no for me. I guess that’s on me for not paying closer attention to the photos on the listing, but there’s no windows in this room and there’s just the 2 beds in a small room. He explained to us that we would have to have someone let us in and out because of the way the door situation was, And also they recommended we put our car in the locked gate, which would also pose a problem for getting in and out easily. So all of that to say this was a hard pass for me so we just said no thank you and went over to the Hyatt.
