Room was small, but that is expected for location. We only used it to sleep. Daily cleaning was well done. Air conditioning worked great and nice shower. Late checkout is unlikely due to volume of guests. But they offer to hold bags in a lobby room if you have a late flight out of the city after checkout. In the heart of the action of Times Square, near a lot of subway stations and sights, this is a great choice for first time NYC visitors like us.

Fantastic hotel with a great location. Would stay here again. The lifts can be a little busy and could be improved on for instructions to guests so that you don’t end up stopping on many floors with no one entering or exiting the lifts. This is my second time staying here and I will only stay here. Reasonable room rates, amazing restaurant and bar. Rooftop is where the party is at and you would think you would hear the noise and you don’t! It’s amazing! Front desk is always helpful, one of them forgot her name but it’s like Tam-something.
