"We purchased transportation from the hotel excursion department to xplore park after having a bad experience with the tickets we purchased from a third party and not being able to use the tickets for the theme park we ended up having a bad experience with the transportation from Royalton hideaway excursion department we paid $160 for round trip and we where left never being picked up having to pay an additional $80 for transportation back to the hotel aside from that the stay was beautiful"
