This was a gracious hotel in a lovely neighbourhood in the French Quarter, near the Symphony Orchestra hall, thus abounding with music schools and shops, and music students. We enjoyed walking the tree-lined streets and the main road with Metro, big shops, restaurants etc was only a block away.In spite of this our room was very quiet and we appreciated the lovely lawned gardens. There was a lot of parking available. The mini bar had a range of beer juices and spirits but no wines in spite of the listed ''Golden Wine''. We called for Golden Wine to be delivered to our room- twice- and each time they brought Gordon's Gin. They had no idea what wine is.
The dining room served only Chinese and we could not understand the menu so went elsewhere. Rooms were quite spacious and had a lovely garden outlook, comfortable beds, shower, toiletries and were very quiet. We would return.
